For me this is a loaded question because all I do is worry. I worry about my loved ones, my financial future, my health.., should I go on? Probably not!:).
Sometimes worries feel too big for us to handle, and we feel of losing ourselves in the midst of it all. But hey, let’s take a deep breath and talk about some strategies for finding balance and keeping our sanity jntact in the face of these challenges.

Another thing to keep in mind is how to consume news. It’s OK to take breaks and balance it out with more positive and uplifting content, look for stories of resilience and solutions that inspire you to take action.
